Wholesale Hub’s Extra fees feature provides more fine-tuned control over your wholesale shipping and order management. Wholesale orders are often subject to fees that don’t apply to retail orders. Using this feature, you can charge an additional flat fee for wholesale customers.
The total of your Extra Fee plus your wholesale discount must not be greater than the total of your retail price.
Open your Extra fees section to see rows for each of your wholesale tags.
In the Extra fee column, enter the desired fee you want to apply to each tag. Since wholesale orders typically tend to be larger, this is a way to apply a service fee for small orders.
You can waive the Extra fee if a customer's order is over a certain value with the Max order value field. Enter the maximum order value that will require the customer to pay the Extra fee.
Finally, you also have an option to Overwrite standard shipping. By checking the Free shipping checkbox, this tells Shopify’s checkout to turn off shipping rules created in the admin, giving wholesale customers with that tag free shipping.
Using the Order line item title, assign a name for your fee that will be visible in the checkout and the resulting order in your admin.
There is also an option to assign a SKU to your extra fee’s line item. This SKU will show on your orders underneath the extra fee line item.
