Have you received reports from customers that they are unable to check out with their discount?
They may also report seeing a Shopify error when moving from your cart page to the checkout page that says "Something went wrong", and “This invoice is not available yet, please try again later”.
This is because of a recent change to how Shopify creates invoices for draft orders. B2B Wholesale Hub uses draft orders to create and hand off your discount to Shopify's checkout. However, this now takes a bit longer to happen on Shopify’s end, and this slower processing time can cause these error messages to appear.
How do I fix it?
To fix this on your end, all you need to do is perform a new theme setup.
A new theme setup will duplicate your theme in its current state and will not alter your original theme. This new theme will include code that will prevent this error. You can then publish the new theme to fix the issue on your online store.
