On the Applications page, you can view your active, pending, rejected, and deactivated applications.
By clicking on an application, you can see information included on the initial application form and add comments. To make edits to the application status, click View member in the Status section.
Submitting applications
Customers who want to apply for your program will need to create an account and be logged in to apply. On the storefront, a customer will see a link to start an application.
The application form for Alliance Pro contains the essential fields to collect info from the applicant. Using the file attachment on the form, applicants can upload proof of qualifications such as valid/currently dated licenses, membership cards, certificates, proof of employment, or similar.
File uploads can be set to Required in your Preferences.
The application form is compatible with 1.0, 2.0, and custom themes. Select the type of theme you're using in your Preferences.
After submitting, customers will be notified of the status of their application over email.
Customizations for form fields and storefront copy are not supported at this time, but if this is important to you please let our product team know. Click here to submit feature requests!
Membership home
Once an application is submitted, applicants can see the status of their application from the Membership home page. The URL for your Membership home can be found in your preferences and can be added to your storefront navigation. Click here to learn more about preferences.
This page will also display important details about a membership when an application is successful.
