The billing information in this article applies to merchants who installed the app prior to February 22, 2023. To move on to our new pricing plan, contact our support team.
On our legacy billing plan, the app charges tiered usage fees for orders that include offer discounts or upsells. This means your Shopify invoice will vary month to month depending on how many orders you've received with help from the app.
When you subscribe to the Ultimate plan, you pay a base fee of $9/month. This plan includes all 9 offer types (including the Post-Purchase Upsell offer) at no additional cost and includes 10 free orders every month. Once you've made more than 10 orders with the app in a month, you'll be charged for each order.
Billing tiers
As you process more orders with the app, you’re charged based on four different tiers:
- LITE: first 10 orders FREE
- STARTER: 11-110 orders 99¢ each
- GROWTH: 111-1110 orders 49¢ each
- UNLIMITED: 1111+ orders FREE
From your Account page, you can keep track of your orders and charges on your current billing cycle:
The maximum charge from the app in a single 30-day billing period is $508. However, your Shopify billing cycle and app billing cycles are separate meaning that you may see usage charges from two billing cycles in a single line. This can result in a larger number than you may be expecting, but don't be alarmed! In rare cases where you see numbers greater than $508, this represents how much was charged over two separate 30-day billing cycles.
Older legacy pricing plans
If you first installed Ultimate Special Offers before August 28, 2020, or between September 11, 2020 and October 7, 2020, you'll be on an older legacy pricing plan. This pricing structure is tied to your Shopify plan.
If you uninstall and reinstall Ultimate Special Offers while on a legacy pricing plan, your legacy pricing plan will be unavailable and you'll be prompted to move to our new plan.
